According to the Tenants:
- They have repeatly attempted to fraudulantly de-regulate rent-stablized apartments by withholding tenants’ leases until they sign agreements to end the apartment’s rent-stablized status.
- They either ignore long-term tenants’ repair requests or make them poorly (see violations records).
- They have rudely refused to meet with Tenant Associations to address complaints, even with NY Assemblyman Walter Mosely attempting to facilitate a conversation.
