According to the Tenants:

They have repeatedly attempted to fraudulently de-regulate rent-stabilized apartments by withholding tenants’ leases until they sign agreements to end the apartment’s rent-stabilized status.
They either ignore long-term tenants’ repair requests or make them poorly (see violations records).
They have rudely refused to meet with Tenant Associations to address complaints, even with NY Assemblyman Walter Mosely attempting to facilitate a conversation.
